How does your service work?

First, contact us via our link on the website. We will have a quick conversation on the phone or email to discuss your decluttering/ recycle goals. We will assess your belongings for what can be resold and what should be recycled. We will take pictures and make an inventory sheet with an estimate of what we would price your second hand goods and we carefully review your wishes for each item. With your approval, we will begin selling your goods through second hand market channels. You can be involved as much or as little in this process as you desire.

How much does the service cost? Is there profit share when selling my items?

The initial phone or email conversation is free. The second step is the assessment which costs $200 and includes an onsite consultation with our a secondhand and recycling specialist, pictures of the items you wish to sell, an inventory list of the items and an estimate sale value. Items sold will be split 50/50. Most customers make back the initial assessment fee and more.

Why use this service over trash removal or donation services?

Three reasons: ease, money, and planet. Ease: We help you with the garage or basement or bedroom you have been wanting to clean out for years. You are not alone and you have our support to help you get this project done! Money: with trash removal and donation services, you will not end up with any money in your pocket which you originally invested in these items. Planet: we will guarantee your items do not end up in the landfill. Our business supports a circular economy by reselling and recycling your once loved goods.

Do you help me decide what to get rid of or organize?

We have several certified professional organizers with whom we can connect you but this would be an additional service. Level Up Co. helps you with the removal and resale of your goods once you have decided what to part with.

For items that don’t sell, how do I guarantee my items are recycled or donated?

We work with local recycling partners which we verify to meet our standards. We will also send you a courtesy picture when your items are dropped off. If the item is donated, we will give you the tax incentive receipt.
